The consultation was disappointing. It started late with no acknowledgment or apology, which set the wrong tone. The trainer didn’t engage with our dog at all, and the session felt very one-sided—we shared information, but got little guidance in return. Recommendations put forward by the trainer felt more like pressure than advice, especially being told we “needed” to buy an expensive crate. The meeting took place in the lobby, which was distracting and not ideal for our anxious dog. We were also told, not asked, where future sessions would happen. When we raised serious concerns, like our dog’s fear of children, the response felt dismissive. Was suggested to use a prong collar, when we asked if it would be harmful to our dog he said no, then later when we researched into it we found out there could be potential risks. Overall, the session was rushed, lasting less than half the scheduled time, and left us feeling unsupported and uneasy about moving forward. Tried multiple times to reach out about a refund, and still no response after a week. Very disappointed with this trainer Anthony, seemed very rushed and almost like he didnt want to be there at all. I'd highly recommend skipping the consultation, its a waste of your money and time.

My 3 year old Rhodesian ridgeback believed he ran the house. He showed aggression to men including family members, until he met Anthony. Anthony showed us how & what to do. Getting him socialized was a hug factor that we are in WOW over still. Total strangers are able to get hand shakes from my boy and he's eating up his compliments from people. We still have work to do with him because it's going to take time. But I know Anthony is a phone call away. Thank you🫠

I have an 80-pound Rhodesian Ridgeback who has been aggressively territorial for years. If someone came up to the house (much less entered), she would go completely ballistic, and I would either have to restrain her or shut her in another room. A few years ago we had a different trainer come out for multiple sessions with zero headway. Anthony showed me the nature of my dog's actions and some simple corrective measures with equipment like an E-Collar. In just THREE visits, her behavior transformed, and I feel like I have the tools to continue making progress with her. Anthony showed a tremendous amount of knowledge on the subject, along with the patience, kindness, and commitment I needed to deal with what seemed like an impossible situation. I cannot highly recommend him enough!
