Westward Hound

Amanda is amazing. I reached out to her for help in mitigating my 80 pound dog, Lucy, reactivity towards other dogs. She provided me with ample knowledgable on how to help combat her reactivity, why it happens, and tons of advice. She also showed me some games and interactive activities to do with Lucy to either distract her from being overstimulated, and/or to facilitate positive reinforcement for her NOT reacting. While we still have a ways to go, Lucy and I can now walk by neighborhood dogs (mostly) without her reacting, which makes our walks so much more enjoyable. Amanda was fantastic from start to finish helping our dog Simon in so many ways! She was amazing getting to know him, learning everything about him that we needed to work on, and patiently helping him progress through his anxiety, possessiveness, chewing, nibbling/biting and poor listening. He has improved tremendously as we continue to work with him on our own now and she has been so easy to reach out to with any further questions or concerns. She truly passes on everything you need to know to make everyone happier. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their puppies behavior no matter how small or big the changes may need to be.
