Westinn Kennels - K9 Bed n' Breakfast

I guess it’s hit or miss with this place. We used them a lot over the last few years, sometimes good, sometimes bad. A bit pricey though especially when they charge for a day even when you pick up your dog right at open. I couldn’t pick up my dog yesterday since it was the only day they close at 2pm and when I got there a few minutes before opening today I was greeted with rudeness. Instead of “good morning sir I’ll be right with you”, I was greeted with “we are not even open yet and those people in their car was here first so you’ll have to wait!” Wow! I was just standing there waiting patiently and didn’t need to be spoken to like that. Then I guess I didn’t get my wallet out fast enough because I was literally told 4 times I needed to pay when the dog wench wasn’t even ready to take my payment until several minutes after I gave her my card. Unbelievable, not everyone is cut out to work with the public. To top it off I’m given an empty food container, so somehow my 15lb dog who barely eats once a day ate a full container of dog food in a week?? Westin Kennels get new staff or find new customers.
