Why would I bypass dozens of other choices and drive 30 minutes one way for my dog to be groomed? Delilah. My dog Koda is not an easy, relaxed grooming client. He has some sensitivity, especially after recent painful allergy shots, but Delilah handles him with the kind of calm confidence that only comes from real expertise. What I also appreciate is that she never makes me feel like Koda is “too much.” She is patient, skilled, honest, and clearly cares about the dogs in her care. What she does makes a real difference. She is absolutely the reason I keep coming back.

I have taken time to visited a few other kennels. My dogs have been going to Westinn since they were little pups. They come home exhausted in the best way. I feel the communication is transparent and honest, which matters to me. If my dogs are mot feeling their best, I want to know. When they've been sick, I am notified quickly. When I pick them up, they ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS smell incredible clean and fresh! You could say that I'm very particular about my dogs. No other place compares, hands down!
