I signed up via email for an upcoming training class and received an email confirmation that we were added to the list in November. By the time I got my payment in(December) Deb Benish had no recollection of ever having adding me to the list and this was stated in a phone call to me. I forwarded her the email confirmation I received and her reply was that my payment wasn’t received “soon enough” but it was clear from her phone call she had never actually added me to the list in November. Clearer guidelines need to be laid down if you’re going to claim that the reason was my payment. I still sent it in prior to the start date(January 6th) so if this is the way business is conducted at this facility I want no part of it. We were really looking forward to the class after having a tough year in 2022. I am very disappointed. 12/22 Update: I was notified today that additional spaces have been added to the class to accommodate this error. I appreciate that they corrected this.
