Hi Emma, This is heart breaking as we absolutely loved Saturn. We do everything that we can to ensure each dog that leaves our facility meets the standard. Per all our agreements and conversations dogs that leave our facility are not considered "done" until all follow up trainings are completed. In your case, you cancelled the first follow-up appointment due to an emergency. We then received a letter with all your concerns, in which we called you to discuss your concerns. In this phone call we discussed how important follow-up appointments were and offered to have someone come out to your house the next day. You specifically asked if there was a charge for this in which we advised you that due to the package you bought there would never be additional charges for the natural life of the dog. it seems unfair and disingenious to make these claims you have in this review. We appreciate all reviews good and bad if they are honest. Sometimes "bad" reviews can be a blessing to a company, so long as they are honest. The last we were told by you is that you would speak with your husband and let us know when we could have someone come out. This was less than two weeks ago. We never heard from you until this review. Since reviews are so important and often times people use them as a weapon, we have decided to post our last phone call with you to allow folks considering doing business with us the ability to judge this situation. We have NEVER charged a client additional money to help polish training that we've already conducted. We will let most of our reviews speak for themselves. So sorry you felt this was the appropriate means to express your frustration. This is such a heart breaking situation all the way around. Our staff had an emotional response to the news of Saturn. We grow very close with every dog that comes through our facility. Sad this is how things ended and you have our deepest condolences and sympathy.
