We offer our furry guest spacious private suite with 24/7 TV and 3 acres huge enclosed grassy play area. Board and Training services are offered weekly. We offer payment plans and accept all methods of payments. Our dog training is located 30 min north of Houston in Spring, TX. Hello , We are sorry your experience was not the best. Your fur baby was severely matted. The only option was to shaved down the dog and you declined to have this service . Detangles and dematts can are 30min -1hr long therefore, we must charge for this add on service. We understand this can cause frustration however, we only would suggest what’s best for your dog. Hopefully, we can help in the future. Thank You !!
