Ward's Dog Training

I wanted to take some time before writing this review to see if I actually saw any improvement in my dog, Franklin’s, behavior. Before training Franklin would not listen to a single command and his biggest problem was that he was bolting out of open doors into the streets and would not recall. I had the in person consultation with Justin and he took note of all the things I desired to get him trained on and Ward’s Dog Training delivered on everything! Dropping my dog off with new people was intimidating for me, but after that first week. I knew that he was in safe hands. Ward’s communicated excellently and sent the videos exactly when they said they would. Jordon was Franklin’s main trainer. He was excellent. He took the time to get to know Franklin and figured out what motives him in order to get the best results. I am extremely pleased with his training and would recommend this company to ANYONE looking for a board and train program. They really did treat my dog like family and that is all I could hope for when leaving him in the care of someone else. Thank you so much Justin and Jordon and the whole team at Ward’s Dog Training!

Wards dog training is absolutely phenomenal! They did so well with our two dogs Remi and Luna. Our two dogs have learned how to be great dogs in our household. We had adopted Remi and we were concerned because she wasn’t fitting into the household and there was tension between Remi and Luna. Now they are inseparable! The trainer Jordan was fantastic at teaching us the skills needed to form a good relationship between us and our dogs. The time that all of the staff put into treating our animals with love and care means the world to us. I highly recommend this training program!!!

We've done both the training program and doggy daycare during the day and we always have great service. The training has helped us coach our dog Clover to better behave in public spaces. At daycare they love on our dog, help my older MIL get the dog in and out of the car, and keep us posted on how she does during each stay. We know Clover is treated well and she loves going. We will continue using Ward's and highly recommend them.

I felt more informed, and comfortable just walking from the parking lot with Mr. Ward. There is no other trainer I would ever consider using. Since the interview is conducted at the actual training site, there is no question about where your dog will be. The conditions are a dog's paradise. Off the beaten path, so there is no worry about them getting hit by ANYTHING. Mr. Ward personally walked out to our car to greet us, and verify who we were. Nobody walked in or out of the building without verification. Everytjing inside the training building is climate controlled. Of all of the different trainers we have met, and I am not faulting any of the franchise operations, this was the only one that required we come to their training facility. Rather than coming to our house, or meeting us in a nuetral area. These people show you where training occurs, where they sleep, and reassure you that they will take care of your furry family member as thou it was their own. A+++++
