Excellent Dog Training Experience with Outstanding Results! I couldn't be happier with the training my miniature schnauzer received from Jordon and the rest of the training team at Ward's. The transformation in my dog's behavior has been remarkable - she returned home with significantly improved self-control, mastery of numerous commands, and proper leash etiquette that has made our walks so much more enjoyable. What impressed me most was how much better she now responds to both my husband and me. She's noticeably calmer and far less reactive in situations that used to trigger her. Jordon took the time to thoroughly explain not just what to do, but also why each technique works, which has been invaluable for continuing her training at home. The care and attention my dog received was exceptional. She was genuinely excited to go back each week, which told me everything I needed to know about how well she was being treated. When she got sick one day during training, they kept me fully informed and ensured she received proper care - that level of communication and responsibility meant the world to me. The weekly update videos were a fantastic touch that made being apart from my dog so much easier. It was wonderful to see her progress and know she was in such capable, caring hands. I loved working with Jordan! He is patient and a gifted communicator. I’ve worked with a lot of trainers and he is THE best I’ve experienced. He’s a great listener and explains the dog psychology is an accesible way which is so important in learning to communicate with your dog. I also worked with Zoe and she was thorough and detailed as we worked through exercises. The Ward staff is friendly and helpful and I look forward to working with them again. Theo has made progress and it feels great knowing that we have the Ward community to lean on as we continue training our boy.

We are so pleased with Zoe's great work with our sheepadoodle, Milo, and with us! Before he started at Ward's, Milo had stopped responding to our commands, pulled constantly when he was on the leash, and would pull us down the street chasing a rabbit or neighbor dog. After his time at Ward's working with Zoe, he will quickly respond when we ask him to come, sit, or get in his place, and walks with him have been amazing. No pulling whatsoever. He passed by three rabbits when we were out the other day, and he ignored them completely. We are so impressed, and we can't wait to recommend Ward's to our friends and family who need help with their own pups. We also love that they are there for us for follow-up lessons if needed.
