Walking Dog Training

I heard about Walking Dog Training (Bethany) through a good friend of mine. We have two French Bulldogs, and after introducing our second to the family, we noticed some aggression toward our first. We weren’t sure how to handle it, so we turned to WDT for help. Bethany took the time to truly understand our concerns and clearly explained how she would address them through training. We picked up our dog today and were genuinely surprised and incredibly grateful for the positive changes we’ve already seen in Nola. We were able to go on our first walk without stressing about how she would react to distractions, which was a huge win for us. Bethany has made it clear that she’s always available if we need continued support. We feel very lucky to have found her and highly recommend her to anyone experiencing behavioral issues or simply looking to bring more structure and discipline into their dog’s life so they can fully enjoy time together.

Bethany did a wonderful job with our stubborn frenchie. Communication was constant, keeping us updated on her progress every step of the way. The instagram posts were great not only showing us what she was doing but providing detailed info as to why so we were more prepared when our dog came back home. The training sessions for us in the middle and at the end of her training were so helpful and gave us more confidence going home. Plus, her online resources have been fantastic. Highly recommend this training to anyone dealing with a dog with issues big or small!

Before Walking Dog Training - Chester lacked confidence, walked us, jumped up on us and visitors, wouldn’t stay down or on place and couldn’t stay alone in the house, much less in the crate without making a mess. After Walking Dog Training and care and patience from Bethany - Chester has become a calm, confident dog that walks with us on walks, doesn’t jump up on people, stays in down and on place and can stay alone in the house calmy in his crate. It has been great to see Chester become this beautiful confident dog. We couldn’t have done it ourselves. I enrolled my dog Teddy in Bethany’s walking dog training program and he is a completely changed dog! He has cultivated this new calm when we are at home doing “place” work and when visitors come to the door.. the same goes for on walks. Our first night back home was the quietest night , he was able to sleep through the night without barking once at any noises (our neighbors little dog) or when I had to get up to use the restroom..which would have never happened before Bethany’s program. Bethany makes it very easy to learn the techniques she taught him at the go home session and checked in regularly about his progress over the 2 weeks. I would really recommend her program to anyone struggling with a reactive dog ! :)

Where do I even begin? Bethany is by far one of the sweetest human beings we have ever met. Her knowledge and detail to her craft are shown by the results of her work. She gives owners the ability to feel understood and the guidance to make significant changes with their pups. Our dog Valentina just finished a 2 week board and train and we could not be happier! She is always a work in progress, but we can tell already how much of a difference there is with her reactivity and her overall balance. We HIGHLY recommend Walking Dog Training <3
