Chad is a great trainer and person! We took our 1 year old crazy little cockapoo to training. Our puppy was so hard to manage at home before training with Chad. Moose is now so good! The time Chad spent with me as well to make sure we were in tune with our puppy was amazing. He really does help bring home a trained and happy dog! Thanks for everything, Chad. We are repeat customers of Chad and the Walker Retriever Complex. Chad recently concluded obedience training for our third dog, Sadie. Sadie is a very energetic and athletic lab & German shepherd mix puppy. During her time with Chad she was transformed from unmanageable to amazing. She execute the here, sit, and heel commands like a professional and even learned to go potty and be quiet on command. Simply amazing. We lived in Little Rock when we sent our first dog for training with Chad. Since then we have moved to Arizona and have sent our next two dogs cross country to get the same incredible training experience at the WRC. There is no training like his offered in our part of the country. His price is reasonable and his results are impressive. If you want to comfortably walk your dog, take her on outings, play an organized game of fetch, and just enjoy your dog to her fullest, take advantage of the services that Chad offer. He is truly gifted.

Last Friday, my wife and I were thrilled to welcome our 18-month-old lab, Birdie, home from “school” with Chad at Walker Retriever Complex. Importantly, Chad caters to all breeds and offers both basic obedience and gun dog training curriculum. This is important because EVERYTHING starts with obedience. Birdie has been a good dog since she was a small puppy but the change in her level of attention and obedience is amazing. No pulling on the leash, she pays attention to us instead of every random object in her path and is just a different dog when she is “clocked in”. I used that term purposefully, because it was important to us that Birdie NOT lose her joy and enthusiasm for being a dog, and be able to “clock in” when it is time to work. Perhaps most importantly, Chad not only trained Birdie, but also trained ME to work with her, to understand how dogs understand their jobs and process commands. In short, Chad will set both you and your dog up for success. Our first duck season together starts in just a few days, and I could not be more excited to continue to work with, and learn from, my dog. Chad even checked in after Birdie’s first weekend home to see how she was doing and remains “on call” for any questions or issues I may have. THANK YOU to Chad for all his hard work with our girl, for training me to be a part of her team, and for the ongoing support! If you have a dog that you love and want to form a lifelong partnership and understanding with, you simply will not find a better trainer than Chad. Highly recommended!

We recently had our almost one year old doodle mix trained by Chad at Walker Retriever Complex, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Before training, we struggled to do the things we wanted with her. We had a hard time getting her to behaving when doing things like going on walks or meeting new people. After working with Chad, Lucy has become a well-behaved, confident dog, and the transition home has been exciting and fun as we continue working with her. Chad has also been very helpful with the transition home. He’s always available to answer our questions. Highly recommend him to anyone looking for a professional trainer who really cares.
