Josh is an incredible dog trainer! When our pup had a major surgery, his behavior regressed. Josh helped us get him back on track! He also boarded our dog while we went on vacation, and when we came back, walks were a dream. Big improvements! We look forward to working together more in the future.

Joshua is the best! We had a need for a dog trainer for our 10 week-old puppy and he provided excellent one-on-one training support with loads of materials to set our dog up for success in the city. We learned so much as he helped us achieve our training goals. We are very grateful for his experience with dogs, his background with the Karen Pryor Academy and the course instructions he provided as Puppy Start Right instructor. We now feel extremely confident since we not only struggled with the basic puppy problems, but he also gave us tons of preventative measures to help our dog feel more relaxed in our bustling Brooklyn neighborhood. He also provides board and training services upstate when we were in need of a little break! Can't recommend him enough!
We had a wonderful experience working with Joshua to train our new 5 month old puppy. He spent time really getting to know our dog and what he needed help with. From there he gave us the tools we needed to reinforce his positive behavior using clicker training and it really worked. Highly recommend!

I frankly can’t imagine a better dog walking service than Walk N’ Roll! Josh and his team are caring, conscientious, fun people who are genuinely invested in the well being of our dog. They've really gotten to know our dog, and have given helpful advice on training and behavior a number of times! They were definitely a big factor in helping him go from an unruly little pup that was pulling and couldn’t walk in a straight line to a (mostly) well-behaved adult. With a puppy it can be hard to leave your dog home during the day, but Walk N’ Roll gave us peace of mind with a text and picture for every walk. As an example of our dog’s positive associations with Walk N’ Roll, there have been multiple times where he’s spotted another dog at the park, gone absolutely nuts wagging his tail greeting it, and then we realized it was one of his buddies in his Walk N’ Roll crew! In any case, if there’s openings, we couldn’t recommend Walk N’ Roll enough.
