Wagner K9 School

I cannot say enough good things about Wagner K9 School. I am in dog rescue so often people contact me with dogs that have been unsocialized, untrained, and have no idea how to be a dog. I have sent several dogs to be trained by them. Now I'm the first to admit that it is as important that the owner / handler keep up with the training routine and reinforce what was taught at the school as it is for the dog to learn what's expected of them. I have made this mistake at times lol, but it isn't because any dogs come back to me not knowing what to do. Jagger a German Shepherd that was left tied to a fence and fed every other day We took him in, we asked Morressa to please help us socialize Jagger and teach him how to be a good family dog. She happened to fall in love with him and he's one of her best dogs, he even helps shows the new recruits at the school the ropes. Jada a German Shepherd that was set outside in a crate for 18 hours a day, didn't like other dogs, didn't like me lol again we asked Morressa to give Jada a chance at life, because she would have been euthanized at any shelter. Jada is an amazing dog now living her best life. Karma the Belgian Malinois who was listed as a red dog at the shelter meaning only the staff could walk her because she was very dog reactive, we took her into foster her and fell in love but we have five other dogs so we needed to make sure they were safe. After training with her I can't ask for a better behave dog She lives in Harmony with all my other dogs, she's friendly to people now, she's an amazing dog Copper our Belgium Malinois who is found hiding under a chicken coop We took her in She wouldn't look anybody in the eyes She was terrified Now she's a lap dog. Baron and Rizzy and Runner three hound dogs we found living in the woods They were dumped Baron and Rizzy were puppies when we found them and Runner was two. 10 years later I still don't regret a penny I've spent on them to be obedience trained by Wagner K9 school. My dog's got exercise, my dog's got mental exercise with their training, my dogs got love, my dogs were happy. I've sent other dogs to them with great results too but this is an example, I know what I'm talking about They have a success rate with me. I am a very nervous dog owner I give off a nervous energy Morissa is very calm and has helped me learn to be calm around the dogs and the importance of that and how dogs can pick up on that which I can totally see that they do. Even that kind of lesson or just being around her when she's around dogs and seeing how calm she is has helped my pack. I have rehomed many of my foster dogs that would never have a chance because of the training I've gotten for them through Wagner K9.

This has been the worst experience with our puppy. They taught him nothing. They changed his food TWICE without our permission & since being home 12/21/2024, I am still struggling trying to get him to eat healthy (sweet potato & salmon) food. They gave him dry puppy chow 🤮, then started giving him wet food…WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION. For $3200, I WANT A REFUND. Horrible experience, from a ‘know it all’ (supposedly) trainer (Susie). I’m so over it & trying not to hold on to my anger. A 1 star review is high, but it’s the lowest you can give. REFUND OUR MONEY & NO, I do not want you to come to our house! In response, we WERE NOT asked before changing his food. Both times we were told after it was done with, “I hope that’s ok”. No, it’s not ok. He had eaten that same food just fine from the day we brought him home at 10 weeks. Secondly, the training manual suggests that you keep your dog in a crate/kennel for 20+ hours per day…why have a companion dog, if this is how you’re going to keep him. Not happening at our house. We want him with us, not in a crate.
