Wagmore Canine Enrichment: Training Center

Wonderful experience with Wagmore and Jerri. We adopted an 80 pound, older pup who was taking us on speed skates, barking, and just couldn't relax. Jerri took the time to get to know her - but the best part is Jerri doesn't solve OUR problem - she gave us the tools, feedback, and confidence to help our pup. I am proud to report walks are pleasant, the barking is getting better by the day, and she is making huge progress at chilling when the time is right. Thank you, Jerri!

We adopted a 2 year old dog recently, who had been in the shelter for a long time, with little to no information about his history. It became quickly apparent that he was reactive toward pretty much everything - runners, cyclists, dogs, trucks, and buses. (No hate to the shelter, they were awesome and gave us as much information about him as they could!) We booked a consultation with Jerri at Wagmore to see what could be done for Darwen. We booked five weeks of training sessions, and Darwen made huge improvements pretty early on through Jerri's positive reinforcement methods. We left Wagmore with a much more confident, relaxed, and most importantly, manageable dog. It's been almost a month since our last session, and Darwen continues to make improvements. Jerri demonstrated enormous amounts of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to teaching us how build trust and train our dog over the long term.

Off-putting experience. My dog was unable to complete her training sessions due to her coming down with kennel cough, so I informed Wagmore that we wouldn’t attend some sessions. I was aware of the no-refunds policy, but I never received any call back or attempt to work over zoom, as mentioned in the informational class. I’m sure they’re knowledgeable dog trainers, perhaps not as human-friendly! My dog did enjoy daycare at Wagmore, though.
