First time here, brought 2 dogs, excellent job, definitely coming back. Golden doodle super curly and a shitzu poodle. The first part of this review was 9 months ago, our first time at wag n tails. We have been back 2 times since then and have been paying for the nail trimming with their cuts but we just took our dogs to the vet and this is what they found on our little dog. Nails so long on his back paws, he was limping. We thought it was his arthritis, turns out it was because they hadn’t been trimming his nails at ALL! We noticed it on our big dog because her nails are very visible, we just thought they forgot hers just once, vet said, her nails haven’t been trimmed in a very long time. Words cannot describe my anger. I included a picture so you can see. Beware this doesn’t happen to your pet. We will NOT be going back. And I want my money back.
