I called this evening in reference to my dog who has been abused and has a fear of men.. just generally asking if they had experience with training dogs with this issue or if they would be able to accommodate with a woman on staff. I was rudely cut off and told that they “know how to train dogs” and spoken to very rudely through the whole phone call. I will not be bringing my dog somewhere that I was spoken to this way knowing it would probably be the same for her. No customer service skills whatsoever. I blocked the number and still got two calls back trying to continue the conversation. I’m disgusted.

We got a new Mal puppy and wanted her to start off on the right foot. After much looking around we found Gus and Von Artiles kennel. Gus's level of experience, professionalism and patience is second to none, as is his ability to read the progress of his trainees, and adjust his style of training accordingly if needed. We are so happy we found him. We have loved how our Mal has come along since starting 3 months ago; she is now 5 months old. We also have a 4 year old Aussie who we couldn't take anywhere as she would misbehave and would not listen at all. After only about 10-12 training sessions we can now take her places and she does as she is told. Extremely excited to see how both dogs do once training has been completed.

I found this training center, when I desperately need trainer for my Dutch shepherd. Training facility is great, clean large area, covered with grass. I take 3 dogs for training, and for each Gus has individual approach, based on maturity level and temperament. One of my dogs is from training center breeding program. Extremely smart and easy to train dog. I would recommend this training and breeding center to anyone, who wants to get quality training or best blood line puppy
