Visionary Canine

Gen is an amazing trainer. She goes above and beyond. She changed my deaf dog’s life and ours as handlers. I finally feel like I know how to work with my dog. She is so easy to work with and makes you feel at ease. My only regret is not knowing about Visionary Canine/ Gen sooner, so we could've started earlier!! I will forever be in awe of how my dog went from dysregulated to regulated in 4 weeks. I went from frustrated on walks to now I cannot wait. Look no further than Visionary Canine!!

I've been meaning to write this review for quite some time -- I cannot recommend Gen & her crew at Visionary Canine highly enough! Her specialized care for truly getting to know each dog and their unique personalities and struggles along with your goals is top notch and I'm forever grateful we found her. We did a 4 week board & train with our 6 year old chihuahua-dachshund mix who had extreme anxiety and stranger-danger issues that impacted her and our daily quality of life (it was impossible to go on walks with her or have anyone over to our home) and Gen honestly changed our lives. We decided to invest in the full board & train as we had our first baby on the way and I was desperate to make sure we got a handle on how to best handle Penny's issues without putting our baby at risk for any misbehavior. She worked tirelessly to carefully and patiently desensitize our pup Penny to all the things that she feared and taught both her and us tactics on how to manage her fears and start enjoying life! She did SO MUCH incredible work, sharing many videos and updates along the way, and then included weekly training sessions to keep us up to speed and know how to seamlessly be able to offer our dogs the same leadership, guidance, and care when she came back home with us. It worked so well, we decided to enroll our 2 year old Chihuahua mix puppy Michelin in the same program and over 6 months post-training later, Gen and her team still check in with us and offer tips, even though we've had to move states away for a job opportunity. I whole-heatedly recommend Gen and Visionary Canine to bring balance to any dog issues (we've seen her tackle aggressive dogs, street dogs unused to any structure, purebred dogs, etc. through her Instagram and her dedication and empathy is unmatched). We miss you Gen + team, so grateful for all you did for us and our pups!!

Gen is amazing! She has some of the most effective training techniques I have ever seen that produce REAL results for day to day use. She not only trained our dog but provided all the tools we needed to ensure successful and functional results tailored to our lifestyle and for every day use. She is truly, once again. A M A Z I N G & we are so happy we found her! Best part of it all is - our dog(s) LOVE Visionary Caine and their team!

I couldn’t possibly recommend Visionary Canine enough. Exceptional people doing exceptional things. Highly skilled trainers helping to foster better relationships between dogs and their owners leading to a longer healthier life and life style for all involved. They train anything from pet dogs to working dogs and there’s not really anything that they can’t handle. Your dogs are safe and loved in their care and I can’t recommend their services enough!
