We've been training under Victory K9 for 4 weeks now. Shaun said our German Shepherd would be a completely different dog in 4 weeks, and it's TRUE! Obedience is completely under control, and the dog begs for the twice-a-week group training. I didn't think it was possible, but with Victory's guidance and expertise, my dog is a well-behaved, protective yet friendly guy! We tried other trainers, but my large-breed, active boy needed better, and this is it!

We cannot recommend Shaun (victory k9) enough. When we first started working with him, Ayah struggled with fear aggression toward people. She was fearful, lacked confidence, and would react because she was so unsure of the world around her. We had even been told by another protection dog trainer that she had genetic issues and would never be able to do protection work. Thankfully, we didn’t give up, and neither did Shaun. He saw potential in Ayah when others didn’t. Through his patience, knowledge, and understanding of dog behavior, he completely transformed her. Not only has he built her confidence tremendously, but he has also completely changed how she feels about people. The dog who once reacted out of fear is now friendly, confident, and genuinely enjoys meeting new people. Watching that transformation has been nothing short of amazing. She’s also grown into a driven, capable protection dog who absolutely loves to work. It’s incredible to see how excited and confident she is during training. The difference between the dog we started with and the dog she is today is night and day. We honestly never imagined Ayah would come this far, especially after being told she couldn’t do it. Shaun believed in her when others didn’t, and because of that, she’s become a completely different dog. We are beyond grateful for everything he’s done for Ayah and can’t wait to continue our journey with him. I had an outstanding experience working with Shaun as both an owner and trainer. From the very beginning, he took the time to truly understand my goals and concerns for my dog, and the progress we saw in just one day exceeded anything I’ve experienced before. I brought my Belgian Malinois in on a referral after noticing a significant loss of confidence and a decline in basic obedience—issues like leash pulling, lack of recall, and reactivity had become major concerns. When we arrived, she was extremely nervous and withdrawn, showing little focus and hesitating even with simple commands. However, Shaun’s approach quickly began to make a difference. Despite initial distractions, including other dogs actively training nearby, he remained patient and strategic. A pivotal moment came when we observed Shaun working another dog—almost instantly, my dog became alert, engaged, and eager to participate. It was remarkable to see such a dramatic shift in her demeanor and focus in such a short time. As the session progressed, Shaun gradually introduced her to more advanced exercises, including engagement drills and controlled chase work, even incorporating another trainer to build her confidence and responsiveness. I was incredibly proud of how she adapted and responded. By the time we returned home, she was noticeably happier, more attentive, and far more responsive to commands. I am truly impressed with Shaun’s expertise, professionalism, and deep understanding of different breeds and training methods. His ability to tailor his approach to each dog’s needs is exceptional.
