We sent our dog here for a day to "meet" other dogs and so the employees could observe any potential issues before we sent him there for boarding for a week of vacation. That went well, and we dropped him off for the vacation soon after. While on vacation, we got the call that he had kennel cough and needed to be picked up immediately. We were 6+ hours away. We attempted to find friends or family to get him but were unsuccessful. The OWNER said he would be fine to stay, but that he had just wanted to let us know what was happening. We found out soon after this that there had been an outbreak of kennel cough at this boarding facility shortly before our dog arrived there for his visit and his week long stay there. We were NEVER notified of this! Apparently they had been posted on their Facebook page, but being new customers, we were not on their Facebook page at that time. They could have let us know when we went in person! Or in our communications after that, and then we would have chosen a different place to board our dog and this never would have been an issue to begin with. Very dishonest, outrageously priced. We get the same services from another top notch facility in the county, same excellent perks and services and much lower price. Owner is cocky and disrespectful. Would not recommend.
