We got a package deal of training sessions and got through most of them with about $400 worth of the sessions left - and then Covid hit. The trainer moved out of state, which we only found out through an Instagram post. We tried to contact her a few times with no response (we were open to whatever options could have been possible including even something virtual) again no response. Then she blocked mine and and my girlfriends accounts on Instagram instead of giving us an even a response. We are very disappointed at how unprofessionally everything was handled.
