Urban Tails

Excellent place to bring your dog for training. We started bringing our 1 year old shephard a little over a year ago and he has made tremendous progress. We are also able to board him here, which is great. Sara is fantastic and has a wealth of knowledge and experience. She always takes the time to make sure you clearly understand the training being worked on and how to properly perform that training at home. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new trainer.

Our 2-year old Spaniel L-O-V-E-S Urban Tails for the continuous engagement & playtime with a variety of dogs, access to the natural agility course, as well as the intellectual stimulation that accompanies a consistent training regimen. I cannot say enough about Urban Tails. My very energetic English lab is about a year and half. When we started going to urban tails about 6-7 months ago, Piper instantly fell in love with Sarah and Julia and all the UT crew. Piper was a crazy jumper who could not sit still for a minute…walks forget it, she would pull and drag me… in just weeks of going to UT, the change in my girl was amazing!!! Piper absolutely adores going here and I cannot recommend it enough for your pups!!! Sarah and Julia are not only wonderful to my dog, they have become friends that I also look forward to seeing through the week!! Piper was sick one day she was there and I couldn’t get out of work for few hours to get to her..not only did they offer and take her to vet for me, but stayed with her and also put me at ease throughout day… they are the absolute best!!! Piper is safe and very loved while she is there…Wouldn’t trust my dog with anyone else!!

We brought our 3 year old German Shepherd Indie to Urban Tails because we could tell from their page and photos they have a lot of experience with the breed. Our concerns were with socialization and reactive behavior in public. For the past year it has been great having Sara and Julia as a resource to go to with concerns, and they have provided us with invaluable tools and training to work with Indie and her excitability. We have also used Urban Tails for boarding, because it’s difficult to know who you can trust with your dog. Having trainers who know your dog and their quirks makes all the difference and puts our mind at ease when away. Indie loves and trusts them and is always super excited to go to school!
