Unleashed Dog Training & Boarding in Chesaning is top-notch! Owner Averi is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Her staff is just as impressive—diligent, caring, and exactly the kind of people you want your dog spending time with. The facility itself is amazing, both for boarding and training. From the moment you walk in, you can tell they truly love what they do. I don’t think you can go wrong with Unleashed—highly recommend!

We are so grateful for Brittney and Unleashed! Our dog Milo went to their 4 week board and train. He came back a completely different dog. Milo had intense reactivity when he would see another dog. He would bark uncontrollably and it was almost impossible to get him to calm down. Since he’s been back from the class he is able to walk by other dogs without making any kind of reaction. Another huge difference we saw in Milo has been his recall. Before, he would ignore us and not come when he was called. Now, he comes instantly now matter how far away he is from me. Brittney also worked with him on his anxiety, and it’s made a huge difference. He is a much calmer, more confident, and overall happier dog. There has also been a big improvement in how he acts in his cage. Before he would howl and bark uncontrollably for hours and now he might whine for a few minutes but then settles down and relaxes. We will forever be thankful for the time and energy Brittney put into training Milo. She took such great care of him and we could tell how much he loves her. Thank you again for everything!

We have nothing but great things to say about Unleashed Dog Training and Boarding! Both of our dogs attended puppy training classes with Unleashed. Averi is incredibly knowledgeable, but explains things in ways that are easy to understand. Each class we walked away with new skills to practice that were relevant and engaging for not just our puppies but also us. The class also allowed for some socialization with other puppies, which we found to be so beneficial. We recommend this class to every person we come across who has welcomed a new puppy into their home! We have also used Unleashed boarding services for short term and long term stays. The facility offers spacious kennels, enrichment activities and play opportunities. The website booking system makes it easy to find whether or not requested dates are available, check balances for boarding, and make sure necessary paperwork is up to date. Each of the staff members are equally knowledgeable and welcoming. Our dogs are always excited upon arrival, and come home happy and clean.
