Linda and UCLA helped my husband and I transition into new puppy parents seamlessly. UCLA classes were recommended to us by a coworker who had taken her golden through all four puppy courses. My husband said he wanted our Bernese mountain dog to learn from whatever school that dog went through. I immediately signed our Berner up for puppy preschool hopeful that she'd turn out half as happy and well behaved as the Golden. Not only was the class sign up easy and all information thorough with ample communication, but the classes themselves aim to empower the owner (as many as may be in the family) as well as the pup. Having only been through Pre School so far (though we are signed up for Kindergarten) I can say each class was well paced and individual attention was given. Linda noted progress for each pup and encouraged us in spite of frustrations. I believe almost all of my Berners graduating class signed up for puppy Kindergarten. We loved every minute of it. Side note - UCLA has great street parking and the facility is super cleanly and comfortable. We love love love UCLA!!!
