FirstBarkWe first contacted Underdog for a free eval. and after hearing Zack explain a few things we felt like the total package was the best move. We did in home lessons and were so impressed. All the credit in the world to Zack for teaching us how to be better dog owners. It's worth every penny and then some, if you're on the fence you will not be disappointed. I am a lifelong dog owner and dedicated dog trainer. I founded Underdog Universe with the goal of helping to create better communication between all dogs and their owners. Establishing proper communication with your dog takes practice and knowledge; my job is not to teach your dog how to listen to me…it’s to teach YOU how to become the best communicator and leader for your dog. I cannot say enough about how grateful we are that we reached out to Zack to help us with our dog Matrix! He is literally responsible for saving his life! Matrix had been with our family for 4 years as a dog we fostered who became a member of our pack. He started to resource guard me from my kids and even bit them. We knew we needed help as Matix did not have any other option than for us to work with a trainer to help our family and Matrix. Zack has been nothing but understanding, knowledgable, professional, and helpful! He is great at communicating and teaching both human and animal. He has helped us navigate a stressful and scary experience to one in which we are hopeful that we can have him be a member of our family again and respect his place in our pack!
We purchased the 1 week board & train for our 6 month Husky mix Goose. We took a little family vacation and came back to such a better dog! It was amazing the transformation in such a short time. The real benefit was Zack teaching us how to continue the training when we picked her up and shes been improving ever since, thank you Underdog!

Zack was so helpful with all kinds of problems I was having, and he was very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with both in person and in between lessons. Zack helped get rid of my dog’s bad habits, like leash pulling, jumping on everyone, counter surfing, AND added so many useful commands that I use every day. Definitely recommending him to all of my friends.
