My 2 dogs have been attending Underdog Academy for 3 weeks. The professional training provided is excellent. All employees exhibit a true caring and I can tell they all love their jobs and our dogs. I highly recommend this business.

I have so many positive things to say about this place. The skilled trainers are very passionate and it really shows how much they love working with your pet. They are easy to communicate with, and they make sure they answer any questions you may have. We took both of our dogs there, Spirit is an adult approx 6 years old and Belle started at 5 months old. They both have learned so much ( and so have we). Our walks outside have truly transformed into something enjoyable for us all. If you’re looking for a great trainer, please check them out. You won’t be disappointed. And..bonus they have a wonderful groomer on site
If I could give zero stars I would. We picked up our 8 week old puppy from a free full day evaluation and she was covered chest to tail in pee and poop. If I could give zero stars I would. We picked up our 8 week old puppy from a free full day evaluation and she was covered chest to tail in pee and poop. My son asked what the smell was and a staff member sprayed conditioner on her to help with the smell. I was juggling my kids so I did not notice the extent until we were driving. I called Zach the owner, of course he didnt call me back but did email back and said he would look into it. I looked him up on FB and he was present for the entire interaction! Never once stepped in to remedy the situation or apologize! Their door says they do grooming but no one called us to offer a bath to clean her up. I am disgusted and appalled that they treat our pets like this. I will never go back!
