Ty the Dog Guy is a Utah based dog training company that offers it's famous Transform Your Dog in 60 Days program to dog owners across Salt Lake, Utah County, Ogden area, and beyond.
The dog training program helps dogs of any age including puppies to elder dogs to fix aggression problems, obedience problems, destruction, anxiety, and more.
Every dog that leaves the program is proficient in 4 areas:
- On leash control- No pulling, lunging, etc.
- Off leash control- Go hiking in the mountains, camping, be off leash at the park and still have control
- Great manners- Get rid of jumping, chewing, potty accidents, and more
- Aggression and Anxiety- Solve these issues and live a more full life

With diligence and practice, this program works amazingly. Every doggie has their own hill to climb. Amber totally nailed it for getting me and my doggie to climb a pretty steep hill. Literally. I am so happy with Ty The Dog Guy training and I loved working with Taya. I went from having dachshunds to having Navy (chocolate lab) and I knew that having a big dog also meant having more responsibility and having good training for her. The one on one time spent with Taya has 100% paid off. People think training is too pricey, but it 100% worth every penny when you’re not replacing things around your home or having your dog destroyed from your puppy being naughty and chewing, jumping or digging.

Amber is simply the best trainer I could've asked for. She is extremely knowledgeable knowing exactly how to target my dog's aggression & obedience issues. She is a great teacher, extremely patient, responsive, and flexible when you need it. I literally cannot believe how far my dog has come in the months working with her. My dog could barely function around other dogs & humans when we began and now he's off-leash trained and loves to run around with other dogs. I would highly recommend Amber to help you with your dogs.

We love Joe at Ty the Dog Guy. We have used Joe to help with both of our dogs. Our black lab Taz went to boot camp with Joe a few months ago. We had nicked named him Spazzie Tazzie. He was non stop energy and he would loose all control when he would get excited. When he first went to training, Taz was too much for the female handlers. After working with Joe for three weeks, Taz came home a dog that is enjoying learning obedience. I can now walk him down the street, instead of him dragging me down the street :) Taz was so happy to see Joe at our follow up. Thank you Joe for taking such great care of Taz. and Thank you for teaching us to enjoy life on the leash. We will definitely use Joe with all our future dogs.
