Two Tails Training

Two Tails Training was the game changer!! And I mean that in every way possible. I came in at the lowest point with my dog, sadly. I wanted to give up because I felt his behaviors could not improve. We gave it one more shot and I’m so happy we did. Huxley came in extremely reactive to other dogs and people. We left more confident in our pup but also with ourselves. He is able to walk downtown with crowds of people and all types of distractions and remain calm and level headed. I’m so happy I didn’t give up and came here! I will be coming back if I see a need for improvement in other areas. Thank you for everything :)

I cannot recommend Fernando highly enough. Fernando came highly recommended to me by a friend and I’ve been working with him since my Rhodesian was 4 months old. Fernando gives you the tools to be successful at each lesson, it’s then up to you to work with your dog. If it’s apparent you and your dog need more work, he will tell you. His feedback is professional and he knows your time is valuable. Ringo is now 11 months old and 85lbs. He does very well on leash and we are currently working recall using Fernando’s teachings. You won’t find a better and more committed trainer in Colorado Springs!

I was only able to get in two sessions with Fernando before my life took a different turn but those sessions were extremely impactful on my dog Zero and I. Zero was an anxious attached mess but Fernando gave us a good foundation to work on that. He used to lose it around other dogs but now he has several dog friends and no longer freaks out when we pass another dog on a walk. I follow his instagram and always watch and learn to see what we can work on, plus I love seeing the before and afters of his clients on there. I am a dog groomer and get asked almost every day at work for trainer recommendations and I recommend Fernando every single time!
