Turning Point Dog Training

We worked with Paige at Turning Point and she was wonderful. We have a labradoodle puppy and Paige taught us how to turn her into a calmer more obedient puppy, especially walking on a leash. Paige was always very flexible with our busy schedules and willing to work with us for our appointment times. Paige taught us that we don't only have to train our puppy, but as owners we too must be consistent. I would highly recommend Turning Point to any dog owner that needs a little help. We started an 8 session package relatively soon after adopting our fearful, very reactive 1.5 yr old dog. Anthony and Paige customize their training program to the dog and owners; there’s no one size fits all here. After “graduating” he’s a completely different dog. He is so much more confident around people and dogs, has grown to trust us so much, and training has been a great way to bond with our boy. We still have a lot of work to do, but we’ve made so much progress and know we can come back for any extra help we need in the future. Highly recommend this locally-owned, reasonably priced, and effective dog trainer!

My Husband and I just finished our five training sessions with trainer Paige! She was absolutely fantastic! Our dog Crystal learned so much from her and we learned just as much to continue to get better and better with Crystals confidence and obedience! We highly recommend Turning Point to anyone looking to just start training their dog the basics or to begin higher levels of dog training! Paige was very professional, confident, and kind during every part of the training process!

Paige at TPDT was our saving grace. We had no idea the energy that came from a boxer and we were very overwhelmed when we tried to train him by ourselves. Our dog was kicked out of day care for no recall and they recommended we complete a training package at TPDT and try again in a few months. We started out with the 5 week package and we were so pleased with the training and difference in our dog whiskey that we decided to go for the 8 week package after all. Paige was always so helpful and easy to work with. She really knows her stuff and always made us feel comfortable and encouraged. We will def be back in the spring to work on their off leash training package.
