Turning Point Dog Training

Turning point training made such an incredible difference in our dog, Penny. I highly, highly recommend the team there! We worked with Anthony and he was so loving towards Penny while setting high standards for obedience and constantly putting her in an environment that would set her up for success. We’ve also started boarding Penny there while out of town and it’s been a great opportunity to give Penny a refresher of her training while keeping her in a safe and caring place while she’s not with us. We reached out to TPDT when we adopted our 11 month old border collie/corgi mix. She was resource guarding on a regular basis and had episodes that could go on for hours. We did the 8 week training package with Anthony and our pup has no issues with guarding, with the added benefit of other commands solidified such as “place,” and a consistent recall which has been a game changer for us. We appreciate Anthony’s openness, expertise, and ability to meet our pup where she was at. Anthony and Paige demonstrate a high level of professionalism and knowledge, and we look forward to continuing other socialization events with TPDT so our pup can continue to grow.

Back in September my wife and I adopted and older pup named Wilbur, My wife reached out to turning point and they responded in a timely manner. Prices were very competitive with other trainers. Once we started training our dog Wilbur caught on very quick and learned some very good skills and commands. With my wife and I being first time dog owners these training classes were so helpful. If you have the blessing of a dog in your life and need some guidance with how to navigate your new family member -do not hesitate with putting your trust in Anthony and his qualified staff — we did the 5 session package and thought at first that it was pricey-HOWEVER we decided that we were investing in our dog’s future as well as our own…their team is amazing, loving, and so above and beyond what we expected. We had a trip planned prior to adopting our sweet girl, and we boarded with them (she was their first boarder), that’s how much we trusted Anthony-you will not be disappointed-you will be grateful…piece of mind is so priceless-thank you Anthony and team ❤️

I finished my last session of private dog training a couple weeks back and I wish we didn't have to stop! Paige was amazing. She did a fantastic job of adjusting our training to fit my needs and she was very flexible with my schedule. Turning Point allowed me to be so much more comfortable with my dog, which enabled us to have a much more fulfilling relationship. Paige was non-judgmental, knowledgeable, patient, and fun to be around for myself and my dog! She's a hard working young person who wants to develop herself and create something positive for the Cleveland area- why would you not support her and Turning Point? Plus they are expanding into a larger facility. Kido and I look forward to group walks in their new building and refresher classes in the future.
