I sent two dogs to TrueK9, both had reactivity issues that would feed off one another, and one pup in specific was a very anxious little guy - to the point where he'd shake being outside, and would jump at you to pick him up to get him away from the stress. Jenavie took hours to sit in less crowded spaces and eventually worked him up to being able to settle at a bar!! Not only did she train obedience and reactivity, but she helped with fixing anxiety-induced reactivity, stress markers and such. The other reactive dog, is now basically off-leash with a very strong recall off high value items even with a high drive. I am able to recall her off a squirrel, a dog or even people when she's off leash. The only issue I made, was not sending the dogs to her sooner. I'd suggest getting them to TrueK9 sooner rather than later.

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Working with Jenavie has been one of the best decisions we've ever made for our dog, Riley. The transformation has been nothing short of incredible. Riley knows all of her commands, walks beautifully on leash, and—most importantly—her reactivity is completely gone. She is calmer, happier, more confident, and truly feels like a different dog. We've worked with two other training companies, and while we're grateful for their help, Riley never truly unlearned her reactive behaviors or anxiety until working with Jenavie. She accomplished what we honestly weren't sure was possible. What makes this experience even more meaningful is who Jenavie is as a person. Our family is navigating an incredibly difficult time with a loved one battling cancer, and she has gone far above and beyond to support us while making sure Riley continued to thrive. Her kindness, compassion, and dedication have meant more to us than she will ever know. Jenavie and her entire team are truly one of a kind. The results speak for themselves, and the genuine care they show every dog and every family really sets them apart. We are forever grateful for everything they've done for Riley and for us, and we couldn't recommend them more highly.

Jenavie is the absolute best! When I moved to the city, I was worried about my 6 year old goldendoodle transitioning to apartment building life, eliminating some bad habits and really refreshing training that I had not kept up with. The change in my dog in just a few weeks made our quality of life so much better, and I can bring her anywhere with confidence and good behavior. Jenavie truly cares for all of the pups and is great at what she does. My dog loves her!

We cannot begin to express how much we love Jenavie!!! We have referred five different families to her because we were so pleased with our experience. We sent our 9 month old male golden retriever to her for obedience, recall, leash manners, and general “city dog etiquette,” and we couldn’t believe the impact she made when we picked Reggie up at the end of his month with her. We bring Reggie with us on trains, plains, into restaurants, stores, etc. and his behavior training is 100% accredited to her. She is attentive, focused, disciplined, and most importantly, loves on your fur babies SO hard. We jokingly now call her Reggie’s bonus mommy because he’s so excited when he gets to board with her. Run don’t walk to Jenavie!!!!!

Jenavie is the very best! We sent our 8 month old golden retriever for obedience and e collar training and it was such a great experience! Jenavie was so communicative (sent lots of video and photo updates) and I could see how much our puppy was genuinely learning and LOVED being around Jenavie. Another amazing thing too is that Jenavie will board and continue training with your dog if you are out of town for future weekends post their training (for very reasonable price). This is so helpful and makes me feel confident that our puppy is in a happy place with someone she loves and is learning from! Couldn’t recommend her more in the nyc area
