Troubled to Trained

Shane was awesome with our dog! He came in to help us train our rescue dog and cats to get along. With in two sessions we went from the dog being completely fixated on the cats and not listening to her being completely off leash and allowing the cats to rub on her. Shane explained everything he did thoroughly before doing it. He gave us lots of breed specific tips and knowledge as we walked through repetitions. I also really appreciate that he was very careful to go at our comfortable speed and only leveled up corrections as needed. He never pushed any tools but gave us his honest recommendation and suggestions! He was amazing to work with!

Shane came over to evaluate a foster dog that had spent years in a kennel .I was unsure of how he would do with small creatures and people . Shane was very thoughtful and kind and spoke in layman's terms meaning I could understand!. Shane has a calming way about him and my dog was immediately comfortable around him. He even offered to go to the vet with me if needed. I would definitely use him again and refer him to other people.

We had a wonderful session with Shane at his training facility! We all agreed that our pup needed more attention and in his own environment! He came to us extremely scared, anxious and having never been around humans or other dogs/sounds! Shane has spent a lot of time on the phone with us making plans, giving us advice and making sure he does what’s best for the dog and for us financially and time wise. He really knows what he is talking about with training and dogs. We highly, highly recommend sessions with Troubled to Trained!!
