I recently purchased the board and train service (2 weeks) for my ~20-week-old boxer puppy, Katie. I purchased this service because I was making no progress in training, manners, etc. and was recommended professional help by the vet (unprompted). Eddie came for the free consultation and clearly communicated the benefits of each option, what he was capable of doing, how he performs the training, and set the expectations for behavior post-training. After Eddie came and picked Katie up, communication was paramount. Each day my girlfriend and I received pictures, videos, and updates of Katie's training. These videos served a dual purpose as they both provided updates and provided tutorials on how to command the dog once she returned. Upon Katie's return, she was very clearly a more obedient dog. Obviously, she's still a puppy and has her "sparkle," as my girlfriend calls it, but behaviorally she is WAY more obedient. She learned basic manners, sit, down, stay, heel, and place. While establishing that her training applies at my home as well, Eddie gave a "course" on what Katie learned, what to expect moving forward, and how to ensure Katie retains the material she learned. An open line of communication is maintained between Eddie and I following the training and he has been quick to answer any questions that I have pertaining to such. I highly recommend Triumph K9 for board and train. Their professionalism, straight-forwardness, expertise, and communication were incredible.
