She definitely knows what can help the whole family. I have one dog that starts the trouble out of all four of my dogs. But I will say she won that dog over and let us see that with everyone getting on the same path. We can train that dog and make him feel better about him self and that will help our pack. She is a lot of help and we have set up a follow up to help my puppies thrive. Thank you very much can't wait to continue the training. Not just the dogs but the humans too lol

Cindy is an extremely intuitive animal behaviorist. Her love for animals is evident. She’s like the Mary Poppins of dog trainers. My dog immediately took to her and in the first few minutes of training he was following all of her commands. I have a 3 year old very active lab service dog who needed extensive retraining. In just 3 sessions Cindy corrected his bad habits. The best thing is that she taught me how to reinforce his good behaviors quickly so I don’t have to worry or focus on him when we are in really busy places. We made it through 2 shuttles, the airport train, 2 airports, and a long flight yesterday… not one hitch. I can’t say enough about Cindy or her training style. She’s a great resource if you want to enjoy your dog again.
