I've worked with many dog trainers for my personal dogs and through a dog rescue group and I've encountered few that are as knowledgeable, professional and patient as Jamie at Training Wheels. She approaches dog training in a compassionate and expert way that helps the dogs learn as well as their people. I always learn so much from Jamie in any training session. And she's able to really help dogs work through behaviors without the need for any fear or pain, even difficult behaviors that few trainers can handle. I can't recommend Jamie and Training Wheels enough.

I was so nervous boarding my boys for the first time, but it had been years since we had taken a real vacation and it was time to take the leap. I had driven by their place on Dillon Road in Louisville and checked them out online. When I saw that they focused on behaviorally challenged dogs and rehabbing rescues, I knew mine would be in great hands. While I don't think mine are behaviorally challenged, I hadn't boarded them before and they can be quite loud and a little intimidating given they are both large dogs and this was new for them. I couldn't have been more impressed. We started with a meet and greet with Janna one afternoon and I knew right away this was the right decision. The place was perfect and her personality was exactly what I had hoped for. Tons of room to run and super comfy spaces to sleep in. My dogs were able to share a huge horse stall and both of their beds fit perfectly. When I dropped them off I got to meet the owner and I was even more impressed. She was able to confidently take the dogs from me and get them settled. No drama and no trauma! The team sent me regular updates and pictures and they were in great shape when I picked them up 2 weeks later. I've been recommending them for training and boarding to anyone who is looking for help. THANK YOU TW TEAM!
