Training Tails

My experience with their daycare service started out great. I was super happy to get off work and pick-up my dog seeing that she had a great day of playing and running around. However, long after I had stopped taking her due to working at home 24/7, I come to find out through two friends- who still take their dog there -that in the later days of my dog's stays she was isolated in her own section because another customer complained, saying they would not let their dog be around a pitbull. I understand the concern of the owner, as bully breeds and mixes are prone to dog aggression. It's what they were bred for. But, the owner does an evaluation with every dog to determine their temperament and how they handle being around other dogs, rejecting them if they pose a danger to the other dogs present. Yet, he still went ahead and listened to this customer's request, rather than saying "No" and sticking to his own judgement. I am deeply disappointed. I wish I could give a glowing review for the service I experienced initially, however, this information has tainted it. My dog may be a bully mix, but she passed the evaluation and should of been able to continue being with the other dogs, not isolated for someone's paranoia. More importantly, I should've been directly informed by the owner of this situation, so I could've retracted my payment (or fought for a fair response) rather than being left in the dark about how I was actually paying to put my dog in isolation for 8 hours.
