Training Carolina Dogs

Five stars is not enough! We had an amazing experience with Nicole. She and her team trained our Lab puppy and did a fantastic job. From loose-leash walking, to recall, to entering and exiting a room, how to stay in a place position so I could cook dinner or have friends over to the house. Everything was explained so clearly to us so we could follow up at home. The multiple videos and pictures that were sent to us daily let me know our puppy, Belle was having a great time. Nicole trains her dogs in a positive and patient way. She trains them in real life situations. Our puppy loved every session and could not wait to get out of the car each morning. We learned so much as owners too. It was the best investment for our family. We HIGHLY recommend Nicole if you are in need of training for you puppy or dog. Julie

We did a board and train for our two dogs with Nicole (one for 17 days and the other for 7 days). Our Cavapoo, Ella, was reactive on leash to everyone and everything and even at home, a cartoon animal would send her into an anxious barking session. We knew she had severe anxiety, but we didn’t realize just how much it was affecting her and us. We talked to 4 different trainers and landed on Nicole because of her honesty with us and her willingness to help us with our second dog who had less to work on, but still needed training for other bad habits. Nicole sent us daily videos and texts of our dogs and what they were learning. We loved the halfway check in where we got to see our dogs and practice what they had been learning. When the dogs came home, Nicole spent extended time with us training us and was available for any follow up questions. We knew going in that the most important part of board and train is training the human and reinforcing all the skills that the dogs learn with the trainer. Nicole was so good at training us, in addition to the dogs, and we highly recommend her to anyone. We can now watch anything on TV and Ella sits without batting an eye. Walks are no longer a constant scolding but rather enjoyable for all!
