Trained Wright K9

Mike & Isaac @ Trained Wright K9 have been wonderful to work with. They train using positive reinforcement, never negative correction and my baby girl gets excited each time we pull in the gate. She has settled down so much and is quickly becoming a confident pup with impressive manners. We are still a work in progress (I am learning too) but she showed off how much she has learned for me when we traveled last week. Hotel stays, walking at heel in urban areas with all kinds of new distractions, and visiting venues to listen to live music provided an opportunity to assess her progress and identify further training needs. During our recent frigid snow Mike kept her safe at their facility for me until I was able to get plowed out to pick her up! I highly recommend Trained Wright K9.

Mike & Isaac had my girl G.O.A.T. for a 30 day board and train along with getting her Trial ready for a Working Dog Association protection test. Hands down I had a nice handling dog to walk in the ring with, very focus and understood the assignment. I drive 3 hours on Sunday’s to participate in their Bite Club to not only continue my dogs training but to help make me a better handler. Along with I have also taking a seminar with Mr. Wright, a lot of the things he talked about with dog’s processing things and how they work through issues, has crossed over for me training in other sports. Mike and Isaac are the best! They care and it shows. I am 61 and was lost after my husband passed away. I had always went everywhere with my husband. So I didn’t get out much. Then I was gifted a Pitty. Mike and his crew trained Smooches over 2 years ago. I was able to sleep knowing he was there. We were able to take walks and go places. They did a Great job. Then I got sick. I developed health issues back in April. A neighbor had always harassed Smooches. It got so bad that he developed behavioral issues. At the first sign of issues I called Mike. After seeing Smooches again he was able to access his behavior. Make a plan and put it into action. Smooches was aggressive, scared and not my baby at all. And the wild child BeBea my younger Pitt. Was picking up bad habits and needed good manners. 3 weeks later I picked Smooches and BeBea up from Mike and Isaac. BeBea the wild child no longer jumps up. Is wonderful on walks. As I knew she would be. Knowing TWK9 work. Smooches is as Mike said “a different dog”. He has been given tools to help with his issues. I am learning how to address his stress levels and work with him. And Mike has answered text after text. Endless questions and prayers! We sat and discussed how to move forward. He will tell you like it is. What is best for the dog and you. Dogs of Smooches breed that develop issues are usually found in shelters or euthanized. Thanks to TWK9 and their quick response. I have my best friend back. ❤️. I will forever be thankful and keep Mike and Isaac in my prayers 🙏 💕🤣 Even though he passed on training my son’ possum Mergo. 🤣💕

Mike and Isaac were fantastic with my rescue, Brindle. They trained with a practical, firm, yet gentle approach and it's obvious they love what they do as well as the animals they are entrusted with. Both went above and beyond to make sure we knew how to continue Brindle's training after we brought him home. Everything was clearly communicated and we received progress updates while Brindle was with them, which I appreciated very much. We are extremely pleased and I very highly recommend!
