If I could leave no stars I definitely would. My dog has been going here for years. Recently there have been a few competent employees who have left. Since then it has turned into a place I do not trust to take care of my baby. When he gets home now he has to run outside and go to the bathroom immediately. Last week they did not give him his lunch I sent with him. Today was the last straw. He was not fed all day. His bag I send with him had his breakfast and lunch still in it. They didn’t even open it. Completely unacceptable!!!!! I will never take him back. Imagine dropping off your child at daycare and finding out they were not fed all day. It makes me feel guilty that I trusted this place to take care of my baby boy. I really hope no dog is ever treated like this at train walk poop again! Please do better
Calm, dog-loving staff who will make your dog relaxed (and not overwhelmed like at other chaotic daycares). They know their stuff and are making my dog a more polite pup!

We adopted a 10-week-old rescue puppy who didn’t have much opportunity to learn from her mother, so we wanted to be proactive about training and potential behavior challenges. We enrolled our puppy, Moodong in the one-month Puppy Scholar program at Train Walk Poop, and it was a great decision. Our trainer, Kristen, and the entire staff were fantastic. They really took the time to understand our needs and made sure we, as owners, were learning alongside our puppy so the training would be effective at home. Their approach focuses on positive reinforcement rather than punishment, which we truly appreciate. We’ve been very happy with both their philosophy and the results. On top of that, their drop-off (6–9 AM) and pick-up (5–7 PM) times are incredibly convenient for anyone with an early or late work schedule. Highly recommend!
