Train Pro Dogs

I gave my husband a puppy for Christmas! She was the sweetest little thing! Soon after, as some puppies do, she went into land shark mode. I thought we would be able to handle her as we’ve had other dogs in the past and had great success with them. However, circumstances have changed, Molly represented more of a challenge than our other dogs, and we didn’t have as much time to devote to training as we would have liked. We needed outside assistance. I called Train Pro and arranged for a single solution appointment for help. Kylee was the trainer that came to our home. To say we were impressed is an understatement! Because of what Kylee was able to accomplish in that one appointment, we decided to sign Molly up for their board and train program. It was the best decision we ever made. Molly came back to us a new little girl. Not only is Kylee wonderful with her she is able to explain to us what we need to do to keep up with everything she instilled in Molly. It’s now our job to continue with her training so she can reach her full potential. We go every week – though it’s not mandatory – to the graduate group class, so all of us can keep learning. The trainers make it a lot of fun and even though there a lot of dogs there, they somehow are able to give everyone the attention they need. We have a wonderful puppy, a phenomenal trainer and now another dog as well! As luck would have it, he also went thru the board and train program at Train Pro dogs with Kylee! Unfortunately, his original owners were unable to keep him, and due to our experience with dobes, we were asked if we would like to add him to our family. He is a year old, a complete lovebug, and very well trained! If you’re looking for a trainer for your dog, we highly recommend not only Train Pro Dogs, but Kylee specifically as well! We adopted a 6 year old French Bulldog who had an extremely rough life before coming to us. She had developed many bad habits that rescues are known for. We had her for a year and we realized that we needed help in making Sadie a well mannered dog. She did the intensive two week course. Marissa posted clips on Facebook of her progress. We could see improvement with every posting! At the end of the two weeks we couldn’t believe that she was the same dog! We received instructions on how to reinforce what Marissa taught her. Her manner of teaching is clear and we felt confident that we could work with Sadie. Marissa is available for our questions at any time. She makes us feel supported through the entire process. She really knows how to train dogs and Sadie loves her. A heartfelt thank you Marissa for making our Sadie a well trained companion.

My 7 month old GSD did the 2 week board and train program and we are very satisfied with the results! Ember had become a very timid puppy after being bitten by a neighbors wiener dog, as she grew bigger she started acting out of that fear by barking, teething, and lunging at other dogs while on leash or in a daycare setting. The dog we knew and loved in our home vs the outside world did not line up so we needed help! At the evaluation appointment our trainer Kylee had Ember more attentive and responsive to guidance than she had ever been with us! We were sold. It is an expensive program, I can’t lie. But 100% worth it! Kylee made sure she knew our expectations of this training and focused solely on that chiming in with professional suggestions and opinions when needed. Ember is in a much better place, we work with her daily now thanks to the “human training” portion of this program and really feel so much gratitude we got paired up with Kylee who treated ember as if she were her own for two weeks. We can’t wait to attend the Saturday alumni trainings to continue socializing our sweet girl! Thanks a million times over Kylee!!!!

Kylee was our trainer and she is absolutely awesome! Our Boston Terrier puppy and 7 year old Doxie went to board and train. They graduated 5 months ago and Kylee has continued to be responsive to any questions we have. The post board support she has provided us has been great. As our dogs grow in their training abilities Kylee shows us more and more we can do with them. Both Archie and Frankie just love her. She has also taught us humans a ton and given us the skills we need for us to be successful with our dogs.

I sent both of my dogs, my Doberman mix ‘Suave’ and my Great Dane ‘Lilo’ to the two week board and train. The immediate cause for seeking training was because Suave had started to develop some very bad tendencies. Like scaling my 6 foot fence in order to attack the neighborhood dogs. Kylee whipped Suave into shape and helped to give Lilo some brain cells (he’s not the brightest) while we were at it. I would recommend this place and Kylee to anyone. I feel like I finally have my dog back and we can go places in public again.
