Train Play Live

Both my rescue dogs went to Train Play Live for their full training program, and it was the best decision we ever made. They took a two-year-old Belgian Malinois that was basically feral and I now have a family dog that plays ball and enjoys life and it’s not afraid of every sound and every movement. It is amazing to see the transformation. Our second rescue was just young and wild and hard to manage, but again the transformation is remarkable. He is a great dog that can go anywhere with anyone and be trusted in or out out of the house. They are wonderful people, extremely trustworthy, and even though I no longer live close, I can always call upon them for any follow up. Glenn Sherill is the best trainer you will ever meet. Because of them, we have two lovely well adjusted obedient dogs that get along with any other dogs and people with no issues.

Train Play Live is phenomenal! As first-timers working with a professional trainer, we quickly realized just how essential this experience was for both of our dogs. Glenn is a wealth of knowledge; his ability to break down training techniques into clear, actionable steps is truly invaluable. Beyond the results, we have total peace of mind leaving our dogs on their property. We’ve walked away much more confident owners with much happier pups!

I rescued a Great Pyrenees puppy, and because she would be a giant dog one day, I knew I needed help. I needed a trainer. I met Glen for a consultation, and before leaving, he taught both of us how to properly walk on a loose leash. That means, the dog is not pulling you down the street, and isn't putting on the breaks and refusing to move. Literally, I re-learned everything I had known about training a dog in about 2 hours. I worked with 2 other staff members, who were both more than qualified with their knowledge and skills. We went to town together, which is real time training. They showed me how to handle her anywhere she was allowed to go. Petsmart, Lowe's, hot dog stand, etc. Then came the in home training lesson. My other dog, a border collie mix, started training with us, all on her own. So, I ended up using everything that I had learned with my Pyrenees, and applied it to my other dog. After 5 years from my first lesson, TPL, is still there to help. I send the girls back to them when I'm out of town, because I know they're getting put back in their place, while being loved and well taken care of. Moms and Dads are often the culprit of letting things get lax. And, TPL, will put you back where you need to be with your dog. Everything that you learn, you can apply to any dog forever more. But, if you're just not getting results, TPL will have a program for your dog. Cleanliness is top notch! I've worked in kennels before, and TPL does an amazing job at getting messes cleaned and sanitized. No matter if it's in the kennels or the outside areas, I've never come across anything foul. The place is beautiful.

I had an excellent experience with this dog training facility. Mr Sherrill and his trainer were great. Felt at ease. My dog Molly, a blue heeler quickly responded to lessons. Over all it was a great experience for both Molly and myself. Mr Sherrill is available for whatever questions come up. It was truly a wonderful experience. Highly recommend the training for both dog and owner 😀
