TP's Dog Training of San Antonio

TP's Dog Training was fantastic in helping introduce a found dog into my pack. He was responsive, knowledgeable and provided instructions that are easy for my family, the new dog and me to follow. With just one session I saw an immediate change in the dog. TP's approach is firm but positive and the dog responded well and was eager to please. Most importantly, he took time to observe the dog and his reactions to the environment. He was committed to doing what was best for the dog and getting him comfortable in his new environment so the dog could live his best life. I'll definitely be calling Travis again and would recommend him to anyone!

Travis was very knowledgeable and had Bruno sitting in staying in very short time. Most of training is actually needing to know how to train our Bruno. Looking forward to future sessions. We also had him work with Zeke he is an older mix that unfortunately came from an abusive background we got him as a rescue and Travis help identify that it is the most likely cause of his aggression as defensive and not offensive. He will need more training but we are committed to helping him.

In our first session with TP dog training we learned so much! Our dog had a foundation of at least knowing basic commands, but we didn’t really get beyond that and getting her to consistently follow commands. She has a very bad habit of bolting out of open doors. While we’ve only had the one session, I can already see a difference in her behavior. Travis took the time to talk about the how and the why we needed to change our approach to training her and tailored his teaching to our goals.
