I somewhat foolishly decided I wanted 2 golden retriever puppies. Thank goodness for Nate and Eliza. After 2 weeks of board and training when they were 6 months old, they came home with the necessary obedience training. My male is very insecure and his reaction to “anything that goes bump n the day/night” is to try to run away from it. Now fully grown and 75 pounds of solid muscle, I ended up with tennis elbow trying to control him on walks. A refresher course was needed. Nate and Eliza worked with him for impulse control and he is now a delight to walk and easier to control in the house when excited. I can walk in the neighborhood with 2 large dogs and people no longer cross to the other side of the street. Thank you so much for giving me dogs I can now take into public venues without worry.
