I am never one to bash a business but after picking our dogs up from being boarded today I feel this warrants a post. We boarded them with Total Recall K9 from 7/26-8/4 Nothing was said about the spots on his face until we called them asking what happened and no apology whatsoever. I understand things happen and dogs scratch but the size of these places there’s no way they would not be noticed unless they’ve been neglected. We saw them within minutes of getting them home. After inspecting our frenchie she also has numerous places and her private is extremely swollen. She is fixed. We asked for the dogs to not be together. $650 for boarding and no telling how much in a vet visit tomorrow. We will not be back.
