Great experience both times I used this trainer. I took my dog to puppy classes and an agility class. Yolanda is kind, patient, knowledgeable, and really cares about the animals.
We had a terrible experience! After only two sessions my dogs didn't want to get in the car to go to class, we had to drag them into the facility. Once inside they would shake visibly. We had a terrible experience! After only two sessions my dogs didn't want to get in the car to go to class, we had to drag them into the facility. Once inside they would shake visibly. Seeing this the trainer still refused to refund our money for the remaining classes we had prepaid. Anyone with the dogs interest at heart wouldn't try to force them in a situation they obviously didn't want to be in, as the trainer tried to talk us into. Using our refusal as reason to deny refund.
Excellent trainer who uses positive reinforcement methods. Several class options available.
