Topper's Gun Dog Training

I brought my dog there 3 days after being at the vet. She was 52 pounds healthy and slightly overweight. After 10 days of being by Topper I asked if the kids could see her that weekend due to it being her 1 year birthday. When we got there she was so skinny and dehydrated my daughter thought he brought us the wrong dog. At that point he mentioned she just got diarrhea. We then brought her home about at about 6pm. She was so dehydrated I could see the pink of the inside of her eye lids. The next morning I seen she had 4 puddles of diarrhea. Then Saturday the next day she was also vomiting. Monday was a holiday so we got her into the vet Tuesday. She was down 6 pounds and they immediately gave her antibiotics. That got rid of the liquid diarrhea but still had diarrhea. After that we did a stool sample and found she was positive for giardia. I talked to Topper and he would not give me any money back for the 20 days training she didn't receive so it could offset the ongoing vet bills. We are still waiting for the meds to improve her situation. I can't say anything about Topper's training but I would definitely not pay him in full or sign his agreement. Also look at the bad review from 2019 where their dog died. It's possible my dog wouldn't be alive if she remained in Topper's care the contractual 30 days.
