I am so glad to have found Top Priority K9! Being fairly new to the area, I was pleasantly surprised to find that Ryan has extensive experience training and owning working dogs. My dog is a unique case...despite socialization and obedience training, she still struggled when people came into her bubble. This in turn was affecting my confidence which created a vicious cycle. Ryan took the time to gain my dog's trust (and mine) so he could fully evaluate her and come up with a plan specific to our needs. We sent our dog Chewie to the two-week board and train program with Ryan at Top Priority K9 Training, and the results were amazing! Before training, Chewie was super sweet but had trouble focusing and listening, especially on walks. After just two weeks with Ryan, he’s like a new dog — still playful and happy, but so much more calm and obedient. Ryan kept us updated the whole time with pictures and videos. He took the time to show us exactly how to keep up the training at home. We were so impressed with how much Chewie learned and how confident he’s become.
