I have had the privilege of working with Top Notch (specifically with Christina and Goldie) for the past two school years. When I first started working with Goldie in the school setting, Christina thoroughly explained, modeled, and had me practice how to handle her(or other therapy dogs) before leaving me on my own. As a special education teacher, I work with students who have a wide variety of needs, watching Goldie read the needs of each student continues to amaze me each time she visits. The amount of dedication, knowledge, and passion that Christina puts into her work truly shows. I would highly recommend Top Notch for all of your therapy, service, and dog training needs.

I absolutely love Top Notch! We have a shepherd that we could not let around people. We took her for board and train, along with our younger pit, and brought them both home the weekend of Christmas. Christmas Day we had 20 people here, both were out of their kennels and we were able to enjoy them with the family. It is unbelievable the difference, it’s like a miracle. Before we took them, we couldn’t let them in the yard without a leash, now they just lay around in the backyard. We have now sent 3 others there. It was worth EVERY penny we spent. Thank you Christina and team, we don’t know what we would have done without you.

Top Notch was the third company I used in the process of training our dog, Cooper. Christina’s approach to training was gentle but firm, knowledgeable and responsive to Coopers needs. Definitely the best of the three training approaches. Cooper is now a fun loving 2 year old golden retriever who goes with me to Boys and Girls Club. He loves all the attention and the kids LOVE having Cooper come in to see them.

Hands down Top Notch is exactly that. A perfect balance of tenderness, empathy, kindness mixed with knowledge, firmness, and clear direction. Christina has been an angel on earth for our family as we train our daughters dog Hope as a companion dog (and hopeful service dog). We are inundated with medical demands daily and without the training provided to Hope at the board and train as well as daily puppy school we would be losing our minds. Christina has an amazing ability to get the whole family on board and has some incredible dog whisper skills. She has gone above and beyond to meet our family where we are at (even keeping Hope longer at Board/Train when we had a 3 week medical emergency including taking her to her neutering appt...ABOVE AND BEYOND. Top Notch is that business with old fashion customer service where time doesn’t matter only the people do and you feel as if you are the only person in the world that matters to Christina. She is gifted in so many ways. As you can tell we are sold out to this company. We give her the golden ticket! There will be a wait list for her services (if not already as you read this review). Top Notch is worth every investment you can make for your pet and family.

We reached out to Top Notch Service Dogs last year trying to get some information for my daughter and youngest son who are both on the spectrum. I knew that my youngest would have issues since he had a bad experience with a friends dog. But it was magical how well things went. By the time we left that day my youngest son was calm and excited about dogs again! My daughter did so great with the dog that would end up becoming her service dog. Christina was amazing with the whole process. Training for my daughter to answering our many questions. She is a very knowledgeable and has a passion for what she does. I would highly recommend Top Notch Service Dogs! Her skills are many!
