Tom helped us with our Australian Cattle Dog, Alfie, who was about 2 when we adopted him. Alfie was socialized somewhat but had no basic skills or leash manners since he spent the first part of his life tied to a tree. We scheduled multiple visits with Tom over several weeks and Alfie learned all of the basics and some fun tricks, too. Walking on the leash with Tom was a huge help, since Alfie pulls and is somewhat dog reactive. Tom even recommended collars and treats/toys for Alfie that have been really useful. Tom's methodology is consistent, patient, and very effective. We look forward to continuing to work with Tom!

If you're looking for a dog trainer who truly cares about your furry friend, look no further. I recently had the pleasure of working with Tom and was blown away by his expertise, patience, and dedication to my dog, Suge.
From the moment we met, Tom took the time to understand my dog's unique needs and personality. He was able to quickly identify areas where Suge needed help and designed a training program that was tailored to my dog's specific needs.
Throughout the training process, Tom was always available to answer my questions and provide guidance. He never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering him. Instead, he took the time to explain things in a way that I could understand and made sure that I felt confident in what I was doing.
Thanks to Tom, my dog, Suge, has made incredible progress and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Tom's Dog Training to anyone who is looking for a skilled and caring dog trainer. He truly are the best in the business!

Tom was great helping us teach and integrate our new dog into our home. Tom was very flexible and helped us with whatever skill was needed. We had high expectations since Tom came highly reviewed. He exceeded our high expectations! The discussion before the appointment was much appreciated. The size of the "menu" of options is impressive. Our puppy is only 9 weeks old, so we knew she'd never get all the basic commands. We were wrong. By the end of the hour she would sit, stay, come, etc (all 5). GREAT! Tom is a great trainer (our dog did well) and a great teacher (we learned what to do), and we strongly recommend him!
