Questions & answers

Hi, I have a one year old silver lab who has had no obedience classes yet. She is difficult on the leash. Can you tell me when your beginner obedience class would be offered and what the cost would be? Thank you, Brenda
Contact the facility. Great trainers.

This looks fun to see and watch. Can the public come in and watch? Competitions open to the public? When
It depends on the COVID situation. You can post to their Facebook page and will probably get a response pretty quickly.

Is this place in business. I CALL and email and never get an answer.
Getting them to answer or return calls is like pulling teeth. Returning emails is also not a strong suit. You are better off just stopping in and trying to get someone to help you find who you need.

Awesome place. Definitely worth contacting them using a different method.

It is. They have later hours to accommodate customers who have jobs during banking hours. They don't really have "office" hours. They have recently hired a new scheduler. Email and Facebook are the best ways to get in touch with them.

Hi I was wondering if you know where I can get a dog agility starter kit and how much it would cost
I'm sorry we do not sell equipment. We offer classes. You may try googling it.

I think you have to go through the dog obedience training at Training center and then I you can get into their dog agility classes. I don't think they offer any kind of a DIYkit.
Community answer · Chris Jeroue · 2018-09-21
Depending on how much you want to spend they are between 50 and $1,000 on average. All I did was a Google search for dog agility kit hope that helps

Have to pups , can't seem to reach anyone a out track, are the closed because of Holliday?
They might not be answering phones but they are probably open. Go to the Facebook tnt training page and ask there. Better results

Amazing place
Best place for any kind of dog training at any age
Wonderful facility! Everyone is warm and helpful there oh. The running surface is great and the course size really makes for nice courses. Lisa is wonderful!

If you want to enjoy something at TNT Dog Center, I'd look for a different facility. I sent them an email on Tuesday about renting the indoor dock diving pool and never heard back from them. One of my friends and I went to their agility competition on Sunday with plans to just rent out the dock in person, and when we finally found a TNT employee her only response was "Well you need to email them" and when we told her we had, she shrugged her shoulders and basically said tough luck - and that they only rent on Saturday mornings, not Sunday. Which could have been a perfect response to the email I sent. Not to be picky or rude, but the courteous thing to do would have been to let us rent the dock that day and promise to work on responses to customers. One of my dog friends emailed them a year ago and still hasn't heard back from them. Another one of my dog friends called them multiple times and never got an employee. This facility in unprofessional and disrespectful towards potential clients. I would not recommend them, in good conscious, to anyone that actually wants a business that acts as a business interested in having satisfied customers. It feels like they are so arrogant as a business that they disregard the need for communication entirely.
