TMS K-9 Connections

My one-year-old lab puppy just finished three weeks of on-leash training. It was such a satisfying experience. I brought him home after my own one-hour training session and got to work with him. Every day we've been spending an hour practicing, and he's doing great. I can't say enough about the professional interaction with TMS K-9 and his results. He's doing heel, sit, down, and stay on his leash like a pro. As any parent knows, once the "child" learns the technique, the parent needs to continue reinforcing through ongoing practice. I'm thrilled by the results.

I’m not sure if words can articulate just how outstanding TMS, the training program , the staff and the support really are. I brought my mini Bernedoodle puppy ( Nova) there for a 4 week on/off leash training & board, recently It was the absolute best decision I could have made for her. Of course I was nervous, even with my extensive research still… I was a new puppy mom and had reservations about her spending a month away, so young. TMS quickly put my heart and mind at rest with the consistency of their communication and updates throughout the process and her stay. They answered any questions I had and honestly, I asked them some of the same questions over and over. Nova already had some fundamental training at home with me before she started her stay but she needed a more professional and knowledgeable approach then I could provide. The positive reinforcement technique that TMS stands by, is evident in the successful results, they really are the absolute REAL DEAL, total package. I cannot say enough and honestly, words fail to express how grateful Nova and I are for what we have been given… a sustainable solid foundation. Nova confidently executes commands and thrives in the structure of the training that TMS has instilled in her and myself. Stephanie and her staff are top notch. My son sent his 7 month old Border Collie to TMS Canine Connections for the two week on leash program and then back again for the two week off leash program. We were so impressed how well he listened and followed commands when we picked him up. After a short lesson, my son was able to continue the training on his own. They train using love and encouragement, not treats which is amazing. They sent pictures and updates at least once a week which was greatly appreciated. We sent a silly puppy, with not great manners to them, and we got back a well trained puppy. I don’t ever write reviews but the progress they made with Malcolm, and the overall success of their program deserves to be acknowledged and shared. Thank you for all of your hard work.!

Stephanie and her team really transformed our troubled boy in the six week program. We were amazed at how much more calm, confident, and eager to obey he became in that short amount of time. We went from feeling hopeless to hopeful about having him in our family :) You can easily see the passion and care from each of the TMS K-9 Connections team members (shoutout to Isabel!) and we are so grateful to them all! I highly recommend them and plan to continue using them when we travel or need to refresh!
